In a world where anxiety and depression are on the rise, it seems nearly impossible to raise kids that know how to handle their emotions and respond to the world around them. Key Points:
Really Young - Give them words for their emotions; not just correction
Young - Give them ways to regulate; by co-regulating
Teens - Give them options
ALL - Help them see that God is present and cares about it all (the highs AND the lows)
