In the Fire is a podcast designed for the families of Chapelgate Presbyterian Church in Marriottsville, Maryland. Our goal is to help families see how the good news of Jesus Christ impacts the way we live as spouses and parents. Being part of a family is tough - marriage and parenting are hard work - but you’re never alone in the battle. There is another in the fire!

The Bible says that, in marriage, a man "leaves his father and mother and holds fast to his wife" (Genesis 2:24) but that's often times easier said than done. I sit down with Mike Khandjian, Head Pastor at Chapelgate, to discuss what this looks like practically.

IN THE FIRE
is a podcast for the young families at Chapelgate Presbyterian Church in Marriottsville, Maryland. We know life as a young family is very busy and that's why we started this podcast: to provide an on-demand learning opportunity for young families to process how the "rubber" of their faith meets the "road" of their everyday lives.
However, that's not all we do as young families at Chapelgate.
From "Dad's on Duty" (aka, Mom's Night Out) to Family Picnics, and various training and fellowship opportunities and small groups, we want to make sure that every young family is cared for and connected.
